Return Policy
General Return Conditions
Returns and exchanges are subject to the discretion of RCDbio. RCDbio does not typically accept returns without a valid reason. Exceptions are made for incorrect or defective items verified by our support team.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested before the order is dispatched by contacting support@rcdbio.co. Once a courier has collected the order, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.
Restocking Fees
Once a courier collects an order, any accepted returns incur a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds
Refunds are available for orders still in processing status. Orders that have already shipped are generally not eligible for refunds.
Shipping Insurance
Shipping insurance is optional but required for refund or reshipment eligibility on lost or damaged packages. If shipping insurance is not added to the order at checkout, RCDbio cannot process refunds or reshipments for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Damaged Items
Customers must notify RCDbio immediately upon receipt of damaged or unsatisfactory items. Contact support@rcdbio.co with photographic documentation and your order number.
Fraud Policy
RCDbio maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent activity. Penalties include permanent account suspension and information sharing with other vendors to prevent fraud.
