Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation. Tracking numbers are emailed once the order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for USPS tracking to update after dispatch.

Domestic & International Shipping

RCDbio ships across the USA and to select international countries. International shipping prices and availability vary depending on local regulations. Contact support@rcdbio.co to confirm availability for your location before ordering.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is optional but strongly recommended. Without insurance, RCDbio cannot process refunds or reshipments for packages that are lost, delayed beyond the carrier guarantee, or damaged in transit. Insurance must be selected at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Packages

  • —Delayed (6–14 business days): Contact support. Refund or reshipment offered only if shipping insurance was purchased.
  • —Lost: If delivery is confirmed but not received, check with your local post office first. Documentation from postal or customs authorities may be required.

Returned Packages

A restocking fee applies for reshipping returned packages. Incorrect or invalid addresses result in full restocking fees before reshipment is processed.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain research compounds are subject to import restrictions in specific jurisdictions. RCDbio does not ship restricted compounds to locations where their import is prohibited. The following restrictions apply (non-exhaustive — contact support@rcdbio.co to confirm availability before ordering):

  • —Australia: Melanotan 1 and Melanotan 2 are prohibited for import. Most peptides require TGA authorization. Contact us before ordering.
  • —Canada: Health Canada authorization is required for import of many research compounds.
  • —New York / New Jersey: Age verification is required at checkout for all orders.
  • —California: All shipments are reviewed against Proposition 65 requirements prior to dispatch.

It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that their intended purchase complies with all applicable local import and possession laws before placing an order.

Customs

International customers are responsible for compliance with their local import laws. If customs holds a package, contact support@rcdbio.co with your order number after consulting your local regulations.
