What is Epithalon Peptide?
Epithalon, also known as Epitalon or Epithalamin, is a synthetic peptide composed of four amino acids: alanine, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, and glycine. Epithalon is a synthetic version modeled after a peptide (Epithalamin) isolated from cows’ pineal glands.
Epithalon has been studied for its potential effects on cellular aging and longevity. It is believed to have antioxidant properties and may influence various physiological processes, including hormone regulation, DNA repair, and telomere maintenance.
Lyophilized peptide powders exceeding 50 mg may require a greater volume of bacteriostatic water for proper dissolution. An inadequate amount of water could leave some powder undissolved.
