What is MK-677 Ibutamoren Liquid?

MK-677 or Ibutamoren is often mistaken for a selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM). SARMs are compounds currently being investigated for their potential to facilitate the development of muscle mass and reductions in body fat. However, several animal studies have shown that MK-677 mimics the action of ghrelin, a growth hormone (GH) secretagogue that stimulates the release of GH. MK-677 potentially works by attaching to one of the brain’s ghrelin receptors (GHSR) and activating them, potentially increasing growth hormone (GH) levels.

However, despite producing similar effects, MK-677 is not a SARM. Selective androgen receptor modulators work by binding to androgen receptors, mainly in the muscle and bone tissue. Ibutamoren, as mentioned earlier, potentially mimics the action of ghrelin in the brain.
