What is Protirelin (TRH Thyrotropin)?
Protirelin, which is often referred to as a small peptide hormone, is an essential neuropeptide that has the potential to regulate the anterior pituitary gland’s production of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH). The functioning of the thyroid gland has an impact on energy balance, metabolism, and general homeostasis. This hormone plays an essential role in this complex network.
Lyophilized peptide powders exceeding 50mg may require a greater volume of bacteriostatic water for proper dissolution. An insufficient volume of water may result in incomplete dissolution of the powder.
